A procedure in which multiple tiny injections of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, etc., are delivered into the mesodermal layer of tissue under the skin, to promote the loss of fat or cellulite.

Pioneered by the French physician Dr. Michel Pistor in 1952, Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive procedure that is widely used in Europe and elsewhere to treat various injuries and medical conditions. This medical specialty targets problem areas with microinjections of conventional or homeopathic medicines, vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Tiny “medicinal bullets” are delivered directly into the mesoderm (middle layer of skin) that are highly specific to the condition being treated. Among its many applications, Mesotherapy can be used for the following:

  • Mesotherapy to eliminate cellulite
  • Mesotherapy to promote weight loss
  • Mesotherapy to provide anti-aging benefits
  • Mesotherapy to eliminate localized fat deposits

Mesotherapy ( Mesotherapie) was recognized by the French National Academy of Medicine in 1986 as an integral part of traditional medicine. Each day, thousands of doctors worldwide use Mesotherapy to help tens of thousands of patients.

PRP has become a highly sought-after non-surgical procedure for facial and skin rejuvenation. PRP therapy is a treatment which uses your own blood platelets to stimulate new cell growth, helping to improve your complexion, skin texture and to restore lost facial volume.

Depending on how many areas you want to get treated, a volume of blood will be taken. This is usually between 10 to 30 ml.  Your blood is then placed in a centifuge for around 8-10 minutes.  Once your cells have separated, the rich platelets are extracted and injected into the skin where rejuvenation is requested.

Most people will experience some mild to moderate swelling in the area of treatment, redness or heat, which are all common side effects and are part of the activation of your platelets. Because a volume of fluid has to be administered, swelling is inevitable. Bruising can occur and may take several days to disappear

The aesthetic chemical peel is a medium peel that uses a combination of Trichloracaetic Acid (TCA) and Jessner’s Solution to penetrate to the deeper layers of the skin.

A few days after treatment, the skin will begin to turn bronze and feel tight. Skin peeling will begin and continue for seven to ten days. Once the old skin has exfoliated, the new skin will appear brighter, with a more youthful glow.

Most people see dramatic improvement after just one aesthetic facial peel. However, skin that is severely damaged may benefit from two or three chemical facial peels eight weeks apart. It is also a good idea to do a maintenance facial peel every 6 to 12 months to help maintain the results.

Cosmetic dermal fillers work by lifting and restoring the skins natural volume and elasticity giving you a more youthful appearance. Cosmetic injections with dermal fillers are used to plump up wrinkled skin, fill deep lines, and replace volume in cheeks and other areas of the face. They are also used to add volume to lips, define lip line, lifting creased skin around the mouth, filling smokers lines and plumping out eye hollows.

Dermal fillers can also be used to fill out nasal bridges, chins, and cheeks. As we age and the effects of gravity become apparent we gradually lose facial volume. Injection of a specially designed dermal filler gel can provide the support and structure needed to add volume and restore the youthful contours of the face that have been lost over time. Instant, natural looking and long lasting results for volume loss can be obtained with a simple and safe non-surgical procedure for the fraction of the price of a face lift.

Treatment for volume restoration is a procedure that is administered by our Doctor through a number of injections

IPL-Intense Pulsed Light, also called Photo Skin Rejuvenation, can be used safely and gently to correct a number of skin conditions with one technology.  It is considered the most effective skin treatment available today and is the ideal solution for the treatment of a wide range of skin conditions including pigmentation, brown spots,  blotchy skin, rosacea, enlarged pores, sun damage, freckles, acne, redness and broken capillaries and to stimulate new collagen production in the skin.

Pulses of safe, filtered light penetrate the top layer of the skin targeting the dermis underneath where the melanin and haemoglobin reside.  The affected cells are destroyed and either absorbed via the lymphatic system or removed by the body (micro crusting).

The ability to regulate the wavelength of light emitted during an IPL procedure enables safe and successful treatment of the face, hands, arms, back, legs and sensitive chest area.  The sensation of the treatment is often described as similar to the feeling of a hot rubber band flicking against the skin.  The sensation only lasts for a fraction of a second and a mild sunburn sensation is experienced for a short time afterward.

As we age, the effects of gravity, exposure to the sun and the stresses of daily life begin to take their toll on our faces. If you are concerned that your face could have a more youthful appearance, consider a facelift (known as a rhytidectomy),

A facelift is a surgical procedure that improves visible signs of aging in the face and neck, such as:

  • Sagging in the middle of your face
  • Deep creases below the lower eyelids
  • Deep creases along the nose extending to the corner of the mouth
  • Fat that has fallen or has disappeared
  • Loss of skin tone in the lower face that creates jowls
  • Loose skin and excess fatty deposits under the chin and jaw can give even a person of normal weight the appearance of a double chin

The result is more youthful, rested appearance.

Laser resurfacing is one of the most advanced skin rejuvenation treatments available and is known in the industry as being effective in treating stubborn conditions such as acne scarring and deep lines and wrinkles .

Laser resurfacing uses a specially crafted beam of thermal energy that gets to work deep into the layers of your skin. Unlike peels or abrasive skin exfoliation, these laser beams of heat precisely target and vaporize damaged skin. By creating injury to the old skin, the body works to create new, tighter skin that has smaller pores and fewer wrinkles and blemishes. Treatment time depends on the condition and the size of the area being treated. Small areas such as an upper lip and chin can take between 20-30 minutes.

Over many years, we have restored thousands of clients’ confidence by reducing and removing their acne scarring using laser resurfacing, but it has a wealth of other uses and benefits too. Our experts often use lasers to soften fine lines and wrinkles or to remove dark pigmentation.
